With nearly 3 weeks left as "Portland-ites" until we officially become "Roseburg-ians", we are anticipating all the change that the upcoming move will bring our way. Perhaps the most exciting change however, is the new home that awaits us...not because it's something fancy or big, but because it's officially OURS! Yep, we've finally joined the ranks as home-owners, yeehaw! (Wow, I'm already beginning to sound like a south-county citizen, tee hee.)
After a long, educational search, we found our first house---ironically, it was also the very first house our agent showed us! Although we have lots of re-modeling to do on it and lots of time to spend doing so, it's exciting to know that the improvements are also an investment. :) I have posted a pic on the front-page and will post more once we get the keys.
YAY for home-ownership!!!
